Attorney Neil Magner is a Partner with Magner & Hueneke, LLP. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and a graduate of UW-LaCrosse where he received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Attorney Neil Magner has been recognized for excellence in Advanced Legal Research in Wisconsin law by the Center for Computer Assisted Legal Instruction. He represents clients in Circuit Courts throughout southeastern Wisconsin including: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Walworth, and Washington counties.
Neil T. Magner concentrates his practice primarily on family law, including divorce and legal separation, post-judgment modifications, child custody and support matters, equitable property division and paternity cases. He also dedicates a small portion of his practice to assisting clients with elder law and guardianship matters.
